My journey was one of drink, drugs and broken relationships resulting in self-hatred, depression, loneliness and addiction. That was my life for many years until I final broke free from my emotional avoidance patterns.

I never had any qualified friends who could hold space for me in the echo chamber that was my hedonistic party environment in London. We were all victims helping victims, it was draining but none of us knew why we weren’t getting any better from our mental illnesses. It was only until I got help outside of my friendship circle did I finally break free. Normal talking therapy from the NHS (National Health Service in the UK) wasn’t working as I felt they were judging me or couldn’t relate to me. It was only until I met my first ever Tantric Coach did things shift in a major way. She was a women who identified herself as a Fairy and she used language that I could understand. She spoke to me in energy, vibrations and something that my soul understood. She had all the tools for me to break free and unravel all the questions my soul needed answers for.

Eventually I cured all of my life threatening illnesses. Now I’m a fully recovered addict as I’ve discovered self-love and that my body is more powerful than drugs.

I will be here once a week checking in to make sure you are held accountable to actively change your daily habits to live a more fulfilled, happier healthier life. My mission is to provide you the tools for deeper self-love and self-healing so we can embody truth, love and freedom. It is vital you have a Coach who has your back, there’s only so much you can do yourself, life is a lot easier when you have the support of a professional who has your best interest at heart and someone who isn’t a friend or a family member who is intertwined in your story.

I am trained as a tantric therapist who specializes in emotional and sexual trauma with practical solutions to get the best results for you in your relationship with yourself and others.
